The cleaning process begins by putting the system under negative pressure with a high-powered vacuum that sits outside the building.

All registers and covers are cleaned.

All supply and return air ductwork is agitated with compressed air whips dislodging dust and debris from duct walls and insulation.

Contaminants in the ductwork are drawn/pulled toward the furnace where the industrial vacuum hose is attached.

The furnace box, fan, motor, coils, element, and air filter are cleaned with high volume compressed air returning it to a like new condition.

In most homes, dryers often vent directly to the outer wall, however larger residential and commercial properties often have extensive ductwork and it is imperative that they be maintained regularly or they may pose significant fire danger.
